Well ever since I did my swap into my civic, I noticed that even when the car is fully warmed up, the fan doesnt ever kick on. As for the obvious, yes the fas sensor is plugged in and all the coolant hoses are hooked up and functional, i even have two fans and sensors that ive tried. Any insight?Any ideas? Thanks -Mike ---

i would check the relay common reasons for the fan not kicking on are: low coolant blown fan fuse bad relay air bubble in coolant (needs to be blead) ---

you can check the relay with a ohm meter ---

the relay from my integra isnt even close to the one in the civic so im gonna head to the junkyard today to see what i cant find. ---

Go to advance and ask to use the Ohm Meter. Your GF is prob. there, I’m sure she’ll let you use it. ---

relays are like 2dollars mang just get a new one. ---

besides the relay. check your wiring on the harness. The evap purge control solenoid plug and your fan switch plug will both plug and play and not throw any codes and your car will run perfectly fine (well, except for the radiator thing) I’ve seen this happen a number of times. ---
