the person receiving the mail would be liable for the postage then. ive had that happen to me before. ---

I’m mailing it to him, I thought there was some kind of issue because he wanted me to drop them off at Synapse at first, but we are all set now. Thanks for the ideas for future mail fraud though :shifty ---
