On one side I have a guy and his wife who are cool. Her sister lives upstairs and is a retard. Everytime she comes home, another mirror is ripped from her car, or there’s a new dent or scrape. Bitch can’t drive. I’ve seen her hit two parked cars just backing out of her driveway. :bloated: It’s pretty comical actually. (I don’t park in the street) On the other side is a house that’s been empty for four years. Some guy bought it for 65,000 dropped 10,000 into it and tried flipping it for 120K. It might be worth 70K. So it sits and sits and sits. ---

The house next door to me is scheduled for demo. Once that eye sore goes I will be in good shape. The guy across the street is disabled but he is a cool dude. He watches out for my house and other cars at night. ---
