OMG… OMG… prices go up. Alert the fucking media!

Bread doesn’t cost a nickel a loaf anymore either.

Gas isn’t .90 a gallon.

People accept pricing going up with a quality product. Time Warner, at least in this area, has a shitty product. Combine that with a price increase and more people will move to dish, even though they all raise their rates.
