where around here can i get it done? 4 wheels 17x9 i need them sandblasted then re-chromed…

No, Powdertech doesnt do chroming.

I think the closest chroming place is on Long Island or somewhere like that downstate.

Can aluminum be chromed? Doesnt it need to be a ferrous metal?

any metal can pretty much be chrome plated and yes aluminum can be.
