you maybe not… you just make methodical bad decisions… which i guess is better? lol

Rock and a hard place is what they are all in… shouldn’t promote failure… continue down the trail of personal responsibility and get away from my tax dollars to pay people’s rent to the bank. You paid too much for your house or borrowed against too much to cough up your mortgage… so sorry. be like the rest of us and plan ahead so that doesn’t happen and be done with it… lose the house, go bankrupt and pay a percentage of your debt… sucks, but is the reality of the situation… instead leverage tax dollars to ‘wipe’ the debt? wtf
