whats the best tool to cut out dirty old rotted out 1/4 panels? 🙂

punch thru them til theres no more rust 😛
cutoff wheel, or a sawzall if you wanna get ghetto on its ass

haha sounds good, id rather drive around with holes in my 1/4 panels then rust lol, just hafta wait till i get the cash for some new panels

awesome, well they cost 150 plus shipping, but i wont have the cash for a couple weeks because i have to buy a new clutch, valve cover, head gasket, and i need some parts to finish up a 5 speed conversion

harbor freight has a air body saw for $20.
I would not use a sawsall. If the blade binds it will yank then panel and bend it up on you. A small jigsaw or sabresaw maybe.
