What’s a re bumper?

You just mean ‘rebar’ which is the metal bar behind the urethane bumper.

lmao i mean rear bumper re bar…it has the tow hitch stuff on it my shell didnt come with one for some reason and my other s13’s is pretty rusty

tow hitch? you mean the factory tie downs for the boat ride from Japan?
