i literally lost brain cells when i read the first post. i think a preschooler would know that a metal bar is more structural then a bench seat.

… you cannot be serious? Obviously the seat is more structurally sound, as it has 4 different nuts it actually bolts to, unlike the strut bar which is just held by nuts, which has a bunch of flex, keep the seat in, and if you want it to be stiffer make sure you buckle up the seat belts
