The adultery charge I think bothers me more than them having sex in the park. Welcome back to the 1800’s NYS. Charge them both with public lewdness and be done with it. Or, if you’re serious about charging people with adultery you better charge Paterson and Spitzer since they both admitted having affairs. The only good thing about Batavia- o’lacys! Love that place I used to spend a lot of time in “blahtavia” as I call it, a bunch of my family lives there and my gf is from there originally. I’ll never live there, but it’s nice to visit from time to time still, pretty messed up. I need to google what park it was, if it’s the one I’m thinking of that park is wide open ---

Why didn’t the dude get charged too? I’m pretty sure if you said “I didn’t know she was 16!” you’d still get charged as a pedo. Either way, the headline should have read “Cougar attack in Batavia” ---

LOL when i was a kid there was a couple doing this in the park next to the play ground I was playing on. All I remember was my mom going over to them screaming about how disgusting they were, and telling them they better leave or she would call the cops. ---
