**Name: Joan’s Cake Château** Street: 285 Old Niskayuna Road Latham, ny 12110-3517 Phone: (518) 783-6422 Got my graduation cake from her, she was fantastic. She even made matching cupcakes covered with the same fondant and decorations. Pretty reasonable as far as pricing goes if I remember right, and when you walk in she has all these crazy examples of cakes she’s done. Granted this was about 5 years ago now, so you would probably want to go there and check it out. ---

I have gotten great cakes from Villa Italia for my wedding (included in our package) and have gotten several birthday cakes and holiday pies from Cocca Dotts on Central in Colonie ---
