Just a heads up, the Calgary Sports Car Club and [qr]garage have organized a drift practice even on July 2nd at the Westerner Lot in Red Deer. Cost is $50. Tech closes at 10am, and we’ll run until around 4pm. We are limiting the event to 15 drivers.

[http://www.anglefactory.ca](http://www.anglefactory.ca) for more info.

Should be a good opportunity to practice and learn for everyone. This lot is big! There should be some 3rd gear stuff… at least for 86 drivers if not everyone. :!:

The limit is not a hard limit. We were asking for prepay only so we could guage how many competitors we could accomodate. Is there an issue with pre-paying?

Yes, this is a legal event. Fully insured and sanctioned by the Calgary sports car club.

Due to popular demand and some help from www.importconcern.ca, we are removing the prepay requirement. You can register at the event for $55 ($5 more then prepay). Registration cutoff will be 10am sharp.

In conjunction with this, we are also removing the 15 car limit so no one will be turned away.

No more excuses 😃 Hope to see you all there.

2 sleeps til drift day

Rules are now posted on the website (www.anglefactory.ca). Most of the event stuff is there for ASN but competitors should read what it takes to pass tech inspection.

Bottom line:
-Snell 95+ helmet
-Secure battery
-Good wheel bearings/ball joints
-Working seatbelts
-No cords on your tires…bring spares.
