Just so everyone is aware, official registration is via email to [events@n-e-c-c.com](mailto:events@n-e-c-c.com), not on this forum. lol.
I won’t be checking this forum to see who is interested. I need it in writing to that email address.

Are there any smaller events than these track days? I’ve never done anything like this so I dun wanna go and make an ass of myself at some big event! Would prefer to look stupid to fewer people… haha

don’t worry, last one i went to, the guy with the yellow gtr decided to go straight through a large set of cones instead of slalom them 🙂
a few runs and you’ll be fine.

There are a lot of beginners and newbies out there. You wont make an ass of yourself. Our events arent terribly competitve anyway, so its all good. 🙂
We’ve had some cancelations so we have two spots left if you want to sign up.

There are even a few people that will be willing to ride with you and give you some tips. Let me know at the track day, if you want me to give you a coupe of pointers.

I dont think I’m gonna be able to get a helmet for any of the track days this year, lil tight for cash, and I gots me a sweaty head lol. Looks like thats frowned upon for sharing.

i am new and i’ll probably look stupid, but it seems so fun and I can’t wait any more after seeng those photos of the first event.
I just hope I remember not to down shift to 1st above 70Km/H cause I don’t think my car can handle it. I’m not really familiar with the techniques of driving in 1st and 2nd gear.
I’m just practicing these days finding the right RPM at the right speed so my car doesn’t shake like hell.
anyway my real question is, do we still run in rain?

The weather is looking sketchy :finga: (60% probability of precipitation :vom: or 40% dry 8) )

ALL participants are _ **required** _ to marshall on the course (which means no babies sitting in their cars while the others do all the volunteering :nono ). No marshall, no drive.

_ **BRING THE APPROPRIATE CLOTHING FOR THE RAIN** _ so you and your fellow drivers can enjoy the day. Bring extra socks, shoes, rain gear, whatever you think you’ll need. We want you to have a fun day so don’t end up getting wet in the morning and then freezing your butt off and being miserable for the rest of the day, especially when it is your turn to marshall. We want everyone to have fun.
Rain ponchos, $3.
Garbage bags, $0.20
Change of socks and shoes, $0
Being warm and dry and having a shit load fun at a track day = priceless
Something else to consiser…If you are going to take items out of your car while you drive and want to put them in the staging area and have them dry at the end of the day, bring something to cover up your stuff.
No excuses :thumb
