These are water resistant and will also last 30% longer than the conventional, analogue HID ballasts. The digital ballasts consist of a new chip technology that can regulate the intensity of the light, giving it a steady output throughout the life of the kit. Each kit includes a wiring harness that consists of 3 individual fuses and 1 relay. This wiring harness taps directly to the battery, thus creating a more stable flow of power to the ballast, decreasing the chance of a blown fuse, and eliminating the chance of melting the stock wiring harness.
