Besides all the other factors people already mentionedā€¦I enjoyed going to Mighty when people who went up there had decent cars and would actually go raceā€¦slowly Mighty turned into social rejects with shitty cars hanging out every night :lol: ---

Yes those were the daysā€¦ I could stand around BTC for hours shooting the shit, forcing ball after ball down my throat, some saved for shooting out windows, running the loop, making fun of Aamen, watching that crazy ass hat chase his car through the parking lot, watching Butch tryin to kill random people that fucked around šŸ¤£ Now im bored as hell and want to leave after 20minā€¦ I still remeber the time that Gsx,Stealtth,Ad2boost,Tjsz,myself and a few others were standing out front and swore we were shot at, so we all ran back inside like little girls scared for our life :tup: GOOD TIMES MEN!!! ---

I know Iā€™ve personally gotten worn out by the car scene the past couple of years. Iā€™ve got my Cobalt for a daily driver which is a pretty respectable and a fun car but it wasnā€™t ever even supposed to get modded, and most certainly not to the point it is at nowā€¦ the car runs low 13ā€™s and traps in the 110-112mph range and gets 32mpg so I honestly canā€™t complain. I drive the car about 200 miles a week and have gotten bored with it and to be honest the sport compact scene in general. In this area my biggest issue is that thereā€™s soooo much hate going on and drama by young kids in the tuner scene that it has really worn me out and made me want to step away from sport compacts altogether. I swear I canā€™t go through a week now without hearing about someone ā€œsmokingā€ my Cobalt or Cavalier or that iā€™m such an ā€œassholeā€ yet Iā€™ve never met any of these people nor raced them. It just gets old fast. My priorities in life havenā€™t really changed because I know I have to be in the car world but I have grown upā€¦ itā€™s time to move on to something bigger and better with less headaches that I can simply enjoyn(the goal is a C5 Z06 by spring). I will still have the Cavy which next season i really plan to only track and cruise once in a great while but iā€™m getting older and just canā€™t handle all the high school like drama that seems to be associated in the sport compact/tuner world anymore. ---
