# removing abs on s13

I want to remove my abs system some time in the future and was wondering how hard it is to do and what is involved. Do you have to make new brake lines or do you just cap them off?

I dont want to just disable the system I want to completly remove it from the car.

Why dont you just get non ABS lines and take all the ABS out. Simple as that. If you need to make your own line you can get line stock from many auto shops for dirt cheap, then you can bend it wherever you want it to go. You might also have to block a line on the master cyl?? I cant remember.

You need to split the one line off the master cylinder into 2 for each front wheel. Your ABS Modulartory thingy did this for you before.

Yea the non-ABS way is easier on stock brakes but if you want to upgrade your mater to a 300ZX one it is a PITA to get a non-abs (3 lines) Z32 one.

Right on, since i am changing to a z32 master cylinder and already have it, i will do the T. Thanks Rob.
