Looking for a 1 br apt in cheektowaga/tonawanda/kenmore areas.
Price range: no more than 650 with everything
Don’t need a garage. at least W/D hookups

I might have a 1 bdrm for March 1st on G.I if you are interested. Everything is brand new last yr. The only thing it doesn’t have is W/D hookups but they are less then 300 feet away. NYspeed price is 500 and includes everything except elec. I caqn put i in my name though if you can’t get it in yours.

I don’t want to commute back to amherst everyday for work so GI is out of the question.

get the apt… get an ezpass… pay like 9cents per trip over the bridge becasue you are a resident
