i know the people at [hondapartsdeals.com](http://hondapartsdeals.com) they are very good dudes and i wouldn’t order anywhere else. just sayin, it aint my car. my cars get all OEM all day erryday.

I would do all oem Honda, I just dont have the funds. I figure get one of these combo kits, and replace everything. Then I can clean up the old factory stuff, replace the bushings, and reuse it later.

FCP Groton sells a pretty good control arm kit for the B5 Audis
youre getting alot of stuff there for 160 bucks. not going to be OEM quality. but they arent typical cheap junk either. if youre on a tight budget its not bad and they should last you.
but if you can afford it, OEM FTW

I’ve used parts made by that manufacturer before then they held up well. I would say go for it.

So got all the FCP stuff today, packaged very nicely, bubble wrap and everything, lol. Everything looks legit, ball joints even have the dust caps the base AdvanceAuto ones did not. Quick shipping from CT also. Def going to order the other parts I need through them. Even got a free FCP wristband and $10 off next order lol

Okay now shocks. I have Tein S-Tech springs, and I bought KYB GR2 shocks… but I think I would rather have adjustable ones. Anyone have experience with KYB AGX? +1 - they have all sorts of aftermarket/replacement parts, I’ve used a couple sets of their control arms from different vendors- dirt cheap and get the job done. Just have to keep up on maintenance- if they wear out, just get another set- they’re cheap.
That’s a pretty good deal for the AGX’s- they’re decent and adjustable.

GR2s are stock replacements… AGX’s are ok. I had a set and both rears blew at the same time haha. I highly recommend Koni sports if you can spend a bit more

I am really leaning still towards the KYB AGX adjustables, as they seem to have a decent number of good reviews… but I did read more than one instance of them just going for no real reason. Makes me think manufacturer defect, as most of those reviews were older. These are the Koni I found by looking quick, are they really worth the extra $150 for the yellows? The STR look to be similar the the GR2 I already bought, but Im just researching at this point anyways.

I have a barely used set of Koni Yellow’s (top adjust front& rear), literally about one summer of driving on them & my car was not low (like everybody elses) Comes with everything, in box.

Was that sarcasm, or a vouch? lol At this point im inclined to spend the 50 more, and get the new set. Im really trying to do all new parts, as I plan on keeping the car a long time.
