# Requesting assistance \*GTP 3800 GM crew\*

OK…I’ve read throuhg all the replies…

Now, I think the best thing to do is, either do simple things to ur bonni like, cold air intake, exhaust, ect.  
But, for the power that u want and being as new as u are…u are going to want a car with “most” of the of the basics. Like some of the guys have said, sell this car and buy a GTP and slowly mod that, OR buy a GT and save up for the turbo kit. I picked up a '97 GT for $2500 so they’re out there just look.  
Also, a lil FYI…HP isnt cheap. 😉

\*\*\*As the kid said above…its cheaper to use a SERIES II ('97+) 3800 short block/longblock instead of having the engine rebuilt. Esp. since barely ANY engine builders around here know any of the tricks with this engine. \*\*\*
