Evidence. Kid in a neon races kid in a mustang. Kid in the mustang, who chose to street race, lost control all by himself and killed himself and his girl. Kid in the neon who had no physical interaction with the other people’s deaths gets sentenced to 3 years behind bars for manslaughter. Having a good lawyer vs freely talking to the police without a lawyer. But yeah, pretty upsetting that she only got 6 months (4 with good behavior) of **weekend** jail. So about 35 days in jail on something she could have got 7 years. This is why people need to pay more attention to the judge selections when voting. ---

He is out of jail and still owns the neon. He got fucked hard in his case, this is a perfect example of why our system blows and is a fucking joke. I feel as if 95% of the people in our government are incompetent. I believe Chris has 2.4\>4.6 on his Facebook. 🙂 ---

Legally speaking, looks like your correct. The other big hole is that if you’re drunk and hit something, you’re better off taking off. Leaving the scene is a slap on the wrist compared to DWI. If that wasn’t the case that doctor may have had more incentive to stop and try to save the skateboarder’s life last week… ---

Now leaving the scene of a fatal accident is the same class felony as DWI with a fatality. ---
