Do you actually believe any filing is going to happen here on a used motor set when no receipt or serial numbers are in writing that prove anything? Legally, shift\_nissan has no obligation to that motor, the block couldve been swapped at anytime from the time shift\_nissan sold it and when silver link received it. All that there is left is what is between the current owner of the motor and the person who sold it to them. Silverlink has 2 options: 1. Take matters into his own hands (prolly the best option… farmer) 2. Learn from this experience and spread the word so that no one else gets “scammed” No legal action will be taken, and is a total waste of time and money. So please stop being retards. IMO whoever’s motor it was knew it was fucked, why sell a perfectly good motorset and get another one? don’t you amateurs know the first rule of business? Protect your investment, get a receipt you fucks.
