The Cobalt is pretty quick for what it is. It surely won’t take Ryans turbo DC2. lol. In a race, the Monte would definately take it at first. The Monte has a lot of low end, plus the nice axle ratio. But after that, I’m not so sure. It’d be pretty close. I couldn’t really say for sure though. I mean, magazine specs and stuff will say one thing, but i’m going by experience. They’re both fun cars to drive, even the Monte. But that’s also a nice GP you have man.
