so, in theory… the RIAA could hack your computer with a trojan, steal LEGAL music off of it, and turn around and sue you for copyright infringment?

how the fuck is it that the goverment lets this shit go on? I can understand going after people who share… If the industry is loosing money and all, but why the hell do they seem to have all this power? It’s like their writing their own rules instead of using those set in place by law

and people say that the patriot act infringes on peoples rights
