Does anyone here work at Rich Products? I’m interested in a position I saw posted on their website in their marketing department and I’m curious if anyone works there/has worked there in the past, and what they thought of the place. ---

The only thing they’re lame about is having a degree. ---

I installed their employee gym, everyone was super friendly and they all seemed really nice to each other. _Suspiciously nice …_ ---

Few more weeks go by and they call and say hey we worked out the degree thing we want to proceed however just so you know we won’t ever promote you until you get a degree :lol: It’s odd because I work with a lot of fortune 100/500 companies who don’t have that old school point of view and the job wasn’t some direct path to C level position or even management. ---

Some people in my MBA worked for Richs. They all were very satisfied and happy there it seemed. ---

my sister works there and loves it she has her MBA though
