The use of heart strings is a tactic both sides of the aisle abuse. It just seems the liberals have more sensitive or more heart strings…no wonder their hearts bleed so much. LOL
“We the people” want the same thing in the end…for the social volatility and insanity to cease. Our “leaders” would like us to believe they want the same thing but considering their shallow tactics I imagine they just want America disarmed. 😉

They would have done much better at least using more logic instead of running around with the families of Newtown everywhere and letting Biden give his personal commentary on firearms on a weekly basis.
I know a lot of people who were anti gun who were getting sick of Obama running around Newtown families

Huge miscalculation on Obamas part.
They got the NRA thousands more members.
They got democrats on record voting for gun control some of them in swing states
They revived the fear that democrats will try and take firearms
Next elections should be very interesting since republicans are not switching to democrat over gun control the only thing was doing was forcing democrats to vote republican since some of them care about gun rights.
