They’re subpoenaing NYS/Erie county for records to show that NY State police lied…This is in relation to the NYS going over health records and taking away pistol permits based on anxiety and other issues in your past.
The level of confidence they have is really high so im hoping for a positive outcome.

Can’t Newtown confiscate the law abiding citizens guns and have Obama sell them to foreigners? The windfall should cover their additional security needs quite easily.

According to the law…
Ar15 lowers have 0 features and can still be legally purchased.
However you’re not supposed to build them in to an assault weapon configuration since you were supposed to own them prior to the SAFE Act being passed.
However the Allstar tactical group buy was before the SAFE Act was passed so :tif:

I’m building mine into a bolt action rifle with a non-pistol grip stock like a good little mini-Cuomo. That’s why it was still legal for me to get my lower shipped here.

This is my next gun :tup:
Found out there was a long gun training place in central NY and classes were pretty cheap.
Figure they’re not banning bolt action guns for a while and long distance shooting could be more fun.

PSA has bolt carriers in stock and 16 uppers
Lots of places have lower parts kits in stock
