I have a RRA AR0160 front sight and lar-8 rear sight (308A3305ASY) if anyone has any interest. They are never used and I have no use for them. I’d take any reasonable offer.

You can do a semi auto 1919 here in NY. But you can only have a 7 round belt, or 10 if you are at an official range…
Don’t think the mini gun will squeak by.

Thats a cramped chamber.
But, the only way police can check your magazine legally is if you have or are committing another violation. In this case, there were two mistakes. 1: the car he was in was speeding, 2: he told the cops about the gun.
That dum dum should have just sat there quietly

I’m pretty sure you have a legal obligation to inform the officer there is a gun in the vehicle, if you do not and they find it you will find yourself face down in the street very quickly

Its a tough situation all around, she probably had to get the info from the glovebox where the gun was.
He wasn’t driving, not his vehicle, and he has the right to remain silent. Its also, accoridng to my limited understanding, police can’t ask you if you’re armed unless they suspect criminal activity is taking place.
“In light of the heightened dangers faced by investigating police officers during traffic stops, a police officer may, as a precautionary measure and without particularized suspicion, direct the occupants of a lawfully stopped vehicle to step out of the car,” Judge Carmen Beauchamp Ciparick wrote. “Whether the individual questioned is a pedestrian or an occupant of a vehicle, a police officer who asks a private citizen if he or she is in possession of a weapon must have founded suspicion that criminality is afoot.”

Right you never have to announce your Armed. Yes iv been pulled over transporting firearms b4. Didn’t say anything about it. Neither did the Leo. Now if he would as asked if i has weapons, knifes, firearms i would of told him yes.

Most times they will ask something to the effect of “do you have something that can hurt me” , I would assume you should probably answer honestly because if they find it I’m sure theres some kind of charge they can lay on you
