Judging by what a lot of people are saying over on NYF it doesn’t sound good at all. A lot of people are saying it will be years until we see anything noticeable regarding the SAFE act revisions or injuctions

Thier site makes it look like they are but no one answers the phone. I don’t wanna make an hour drive if they are closed.

Make sure you do it at like a 45 degree angle so it will still have a higher velocity coming down.

As of jan 15, no more internet sales? Like purchases from cabelas? They sent me a email stating as of today they will not ship to ny. Ideas? I see nothing on the net about such a law.

Read the law again…
Only face to face transactions with a FFL and its supposed to include a background check however the system isn’t in place yet.

You can drive to PA and buy ammo.
The restriction on internet ammo isn’t going anywhere unless the court strikes it down Ny is having a hard time building a background check system they wanted to use NICS but the US gov said no…I assume they didn’t have the budget to build an entire system either.

You can find smaller gun shops on the internet that will still ship ammo to NY till the 15th, but the big places will not. I found [selwayarmory.com](http://selwayarmory.com) and they shipped my ammo yesterday.
