The door lock actuator on one of the rear doors of my Expedition sheared off it’s rivet today. I took it all apart and managed to removed the broken rivet but my tiny little rivet gun is never going to be able to squeeze in a 1/4" hardened rivet. There is no way I’m getting my fingers in there to replace it with a bolt either (I just spent about an hour trying).

This is the rivet I need:

Or, even better, if you have such a rivet and a rivet gun I’ll toss you some cash for a 2 second job. It’s all torn apart, all that needs to be done is stick the new rivet in place and go “pop”. 🙂

Went out to the garage and checked mine, won’t go that big. Try an autobody shop maybe? Bump for you.

Nevermind, a friend at work has a brother who owns a shop and agreed to pop a rivet in there on lunch.
