# rocker panel.

Can s14 rocker panel rust hole be repaired or replaced by with a new one?

new OEM rocker are $700 ish/each IIRC.

I bought a 2’X8’ piece of 16ga gal steel, and dropped it off to a friend with a metal bender, gave him a 2" section of original rocker (for shape reference) and had them custom bent up…

well worth the $1000 in parts saving…

If you plan on removing that much metal, do 1 side at a time, and be preparred to sandblast/prime the inner rocker structure
