Roommate wanted in North Tonawanda wurlitzer area. All utilities and internet provided. Looking for a business professional, no partyers, no bs… it is a 1950 sq ft house with a pool, deck, 2-1/2 car attached and 2-1/2 car detached garages full of tools, basement full of fitness equipment, 4 bedrooms. I need someone dependable who is willing to help with things around the house sometimes (ie: cut grass, shovel snow, etc) as i travel for work. Must be neat, clean up after themselves.
