Had a 04 Acura RSX Type-S. had it back from the body shop for 3 days from getting fixed. See previews post for details. Anyways as i was heading to school. Some stupid bitch in a white escalade ran a red light going at least 75mph if not faster. T-boned me so dam hard the car looks like a horse shoe. The lady`s husband gets out of the truck run`s over to me cussing me out. saying how i should have been paying attention trying to start a fight with me when it was his stupid ass wife that ran the red light and smashed into me. The truck came out of the middle of no where my light was green 3 cars in front of me when and i was the 1 that got smashed. I just dont get people in pittsburgh they are the 1 that cause the accident and try to start a fight. ---

Damn, glad to hear you’re alright. I couldn’t image being hit by a vehicle that big moving at 75. So there’s nothing to dispute? It’s definitely their fault? ---

I wasnt there… but in MY OPNION if the guy was going 75mph, you wouldnt be posting this on here… but regardless of any of that, glad to hear you are ok… RSX’s are a dime a dozen… your life is not. ---

My accident was less that speed and I got the hell knocked out of me. Was on the ground for a few minutes till I could breathe again. I was in the hospital for a 3 days.i smashed my head off the window, my left arm is in a sling, 3 broken ribs and might have to have sergery on my right knee > nothing to dispute? Normally I’m not one to promote lawsuits, but because of his attitude, I’d say go after them for everything you can, that way it will be a bigger claim, and their rates will go up more. If the guy was a normal human being and said “are you ok? Sorry about this…bla bla bla” I would say to just get your shit taken care of, and move on, but since he was such a douche, you should get as much money as possible for pain and suffering, time off from work, vehicle repair, rental car, chiropractor visits, etc etc. People like that need to calm down and get a life. ---

I wrecked a car at 90MPH in my younger, stupider days…looking at it, you’d never have expected anyone to have walked out of it. I literally just hopped out of the car. I had a mild concussion, a stiff neck and back, and that was it. ---
