between Duq bridge and Kennywood is POOP! They patched with something that looks like tar & chips. Left chips all over the place when they did it, and what used to be small holes are now bumps. Duquesne (I think it’s Duquesne through there) must be low on the totem pole because it’s poorly maintained in the winter too.

duquense that where you have to look out for drive byes and pot holes
