Yeah i drove through it at 3am this morning …wasn’t bad then. I took the scenic route home tho…wasn’t tryin to sit in traffic ---

If traffic is bad and I’m going downtown from Millvale, I take 40th st bridge to penn ave and go all the way down without traffic a minimal stops.
