well theres no way i was goin close to that. maybe 50 tops which is still excessive. it was 5am and an old friend was tailing me but i thought it was a stranger tailgating mad close. we both pulled over after i realized who it was and i was outta my car and it was idling and then the cop pulled up and said that. dunno even where he even came from. i was surprised he didnt care as i was talkin to a black kid who got out of an audi with a beer in his hand haha. living in amherst all my life i love bpd.

Just pay and move on. Or if you know someone in the Buffalo PD, start calling in favors. That’s the only way you’re getting out of this one.

Um when the fuck did i say i never break the law? I have more tickets myself than probably half of NYspeed. All im saying is i dont go home and cry about how unfair the ticket was or boohoo the officer was mean and i shouldn’t have gotten a ticket.

Instead i pay the price for what i did and move on. I go to court or get my lawyer and deal with the stupidity i behaved in and take responsibility. And then i cut my Volkswagen in half so i can fit my mad dEEp euro rimz on it y0

its probably been covered, but traffic infractions get rubber stamped guilty without a lawyer… its almost better to get a pot ticket, wreckless driving, or other misdemeanor with it so you can appear before the judge in city court…😉 seriously

The kid asked for advice on how to handle his case. Big, tough guy, internet superstar cuts him down for no reason other then to satisfy his ego.
Thats right, you go to court and GET A LAWYER. You DONT ACCEPT the punishment and try to get the lowest fine possible by fighting the system. Maybe if you didnt contradict yourself like a tard you would have some credability left but then you make a dumbfuck comment and are left with zero respect. You know dick about my ride or said intentions. Stick to shit you understand like hanging out in parking lots.

Also one thing to throw out there, the car was a RENTAL so he had no choice for a front plate or not…

wait wait wait… is that a fact? if so, lol.

Good luck if You try to dissolve this case. Buffalo likes their fines, and understandably so.

lol @ calling in APD & Troopers for a 6pt traffic violation.

BTW - if it’s NOT a rental, put the f’ing front plate on. Save Yourself a ton of PD second looks.

The funny part is, if Buffalo wasn’t so retarded, they’d reduce almost everything to parking tickets like most of the major suburbs do. Then they keep 100% of the fine, instead of the 40/60 city/state split for most traffic offenses.

Maybe I should add this to the “one more reason Buffalo is fucked” thread.
