the cops do that shit down here in OC as well. Crazy fucks. They’ll setup a trap with a couple cars, or sometimes even putting a cop up in a cherrypicker, and they walk right out into the highway in your path and flag you over to the side. If someone wasn’t paying attention, it’s bye bye trooper. Sucks to hear it finally happened though. ---

Thats what they get for doing stupid tactics like that to catch a speeder… risking your life for something as minimal as a speeding motorist… ---

Their jobs are dangerous enough without doing stuff like this. Local cops can be real peckerheads. Not saying that they all are, but theres a good percentage as far as I’ve seen. I’ve found that the state boys are usually pretty laid back, and not looking to bust balls unless you give them a reason to. I drive like a total asshole most of the time, have been pulled over GOD KNOWS how many times, but have only ever got 3 speeding tickets, and two of them came from stretches of road where I knew good and god damn well I shouldnt be speeding (RT 50 between the Bay Bridge and OC, as well as 65 [or is it 51?] in Kilbuck Twp.). ---

My only encounter with MD state police ended in a speeding ticket, and I was not speeding. I was guilty of having an out-of-state license plate. ---
