The story is just 100% full of holes. Even if some magical flaming ball hit the gas can… why did it ignite? Why was the can open? Does he not know thay only the vapors coming from the can would ignite? Liquid gas doesnt burn and a gas can fire of any sort would be easily controlled unless the gas was poured out. Looks like insurance fraud. ---

I can totally understand the skepticism especially from an outside point of view and the fact that Mike has cried wolf before to catch people off guard. This is no BS though. Rusty has no insurance besides liability just like a lot of us. It is VERY unlikely he will see any money and, if anything, his landlord will get something for the garage. Please don’t be so distasteful. The kid’s lost almost everything that he’s been collecting and working for for years. Just because you didn’t like the car doesn’t mean you have to be so fucking cold hearted and have that dumbass American mentality that everything is a fucking conspiracy. We were all 15 once too. People just love thinking that everything is an elaborate scheme. ---
