I think these are intermission events between the actual races. kind of like the fan burnout contest at Crash-A-Rama. Hitting an opponent’s car who is there for a novelty race is plain douchey. I hope the guy with the s10 gets cancer.

You sign a waiver at lancaster when you run the track on a wednesday night. You wouldnt be pissed if some dumbass ran into your car with their 1991 shitbox? Granted, this takes place at a “crash event” but that is not the point of the spectator drags. The track isnt liable and neither is the driver of the s10, but the jeep owner has every right to get out and beat the ever living shit out of him.

Either that S10 has some good pickup or that SRT8 has 7 300 Pounds passengers in it.
