I have…

S14 side skirts(oem)- $250  
S14 stock spoiler(oem)-$50

And a couple of sets of tires

235/45/17 pirells p7000 super sports (5 tires) approx 7-8/32nd’s left.  
$400.00

225/45/17 toyo proxes? approx 6-7/32nds  
$400

235/40/18 conti sport contact(brand new off 05 S4) 200km only  
$800

235/40/18 michellin ?(aggressive tread,soft) Also off 05 s4 550km only  
$800

what color both items and is the spoiler the rear or front

The side skirts are silverstone grey and the rear spoiler is red. Both in excellent condition, will need paint ofcourse.

will these size tires clear fit a 17x7 rim and about a 40+ offset and clear the suspension?

Yes these tires will work, I believe your talking about the pirellis or toyos.

You can come see them if you want. You don’t have to worry that much about tire sizes as compared to rims sizes. If the rims fit, so should the tire.
