Hey guys Okay…I just bought a new battery for this car because the battery that came with the car was dry. So the first day I put the battery in the car started up fine…but the battery light came on…I gave this other car a boost becuase its battery died also…toook forever to get he other car to charge up…then I try to start my car and the car is drained…but I just bought this battery 2 days ago!..so I looked at my terminals and the positive terminal was cracked in half…so I bought a new one and i thought problem solved…stilll wont start now. Someone help me…I checked all the fuses and found nothing!.

alternator or wiring somewhere… how long did it run fine with the new battery? hours?

if you take the alternator off, partsource will test it for free…IIRC

its tough to diagnose an alternator without getting the car running.
