# S14 - Z32 ebrake - Not working, not sure which part

Hi I picked up a 96 240sx recently it had a z32/skyline brake swap but e-brake doesn’t work, I’m not sure if its missing drums, or cables etc.

If someone could help me figure this out and/or fix it that’d be awesome!

Beer/food can be provided.

Located in Scarborough/Markham border.

uh, did you buy that car with the cut sunroof liner? Pretty sure you just need R33 cables.

wanna come help me check it out lol…not today.stupid rain… car does have sunroof and it looks mad ghetto where the sunroof is on the headliner.

i posted info in your other thread… z32 ebrake is like a drum brake acting on the inside of the rear disc…you need to check if the rear brakes have dust shields. if so, you then need to take off the rotor to see if the ebrake shoes/springs are all in there…if not, you have no ebrake parts and you need more than cables

^^ yeah I’ve been reading everyones reply and stuff I’ve just been working on the lock cylinder today…and then it rained…lol
