The car may be mint as mint can be. But with 240xxxkm on a stock 240, it’s going to be quite hard for him to get his asking price. Most Kouki’s that go for 10g+ are all mint and usually have a swap, coils, and wheels.  
I’m not flamming. I’m simply stating it’s probably going to be very hard tfor him to get his asking price regardless of how mint it is.
