well from what Rick Martin told me, these were rushed and i believe you have to wait a certain amont of years to be able to change them, plus the fans have been wanting new blue and gold forever now. ---

how about red/black jerseys for normal, red for special away and blue/gold for special/Sundays at home? ---

yea until i see a link from the [sabres.com](http://sabres.com) site, not their forums, ill believe this. ive also seen that one site from above a while ago too. so until then, ill still be considering this a rumor ---

Reebok Hockey which purchased the Hockey Co. (CCM, Koho, Jofa) two years ago, and the NHL have come to an agreement to redesign the whole league’s jersey’s. They’re going with a flashier look similar to that of Football jerseys, and are going to be cut differently all together. My boss has seen and relayed it to me when he went to the companies meetings back in October, they had some basic concepts, but were pretty much set on the one design, in which the jersey is going to be tighter fitting (similar to the new Olymipic Jerseys) are going to offer even greater mobility then the current jerseys. Now for the teams, they have left it up to the team’s decisions on what they want the color scheme or logo to be. Some teams, eg. Chicago, Montreal, Toronto, New York Rangers, Boston, Detroit, more then likely will not change their jerseys all that much, as they haven’t changed that dramatically over the years, but some of the other teams, San Jose, Los Angeles, Buffalo, will more then likely change. There is only speculation right now to what some of the teams will be going with, but here at work we do know that the Sabres next year will be going back to the blue and gold color scheme (navy and like a St. Louis Rams gold). The new jerseys are expected to be announced sometime this summer. ---

Blue & Gold is where its at. The old blue ones were ehh, and I love our current red jerseys, the new white ones are okay minus the goat head, but these newer style blue/golds look better than everything. ---
