NYS does have the death penalty. .
I don’t think they’ve put anybody to death since the 80’s tho
EDIT: nevermind, read it was local news… didn’t see it was out of state tho

I was watching gma on friday and they were talking about it. Iirc, they were talking about her recently reporting a stalker and it did not appear to be a robbery. I completely agree about the death penalty though, as soon as you destroy another humans life, you don’t deserve to have yours any more.
