As most of you know i bought some sideskirts and a front lip off of a a guy in Regina. About 1 day after i sent the money i thought i saw the name before and after a little search on SON240SX.ca i came up with this [http://www.son240sx.ca/forum/viewtopic.php?t=13123](http://www.son240sx.ca/forum/viewtopic.php?t=13123) Adrian Ahmadi Basicly Long story short he contacted me about 2 weeks ago that he got my money and he was going to ship them out. However now he will not pick up my calls and never return my PM’s or Messages i have left for him. I thought our club was small enough that it would not be an issue but it is. LeRenard is trying to help me as Adrian lives far away in Regina. If nothing pans out I will be following thru with my charges i have filed with the Regina Police and contacting a Lawyer. If wose comes to worse i will make a road trip out there to visit him. It will be a very friendly visit to. The worst part is is that i have his whole address and a copy of the money order. So i have total proof to the Police in Regina that i honestly did pay for them and he did recieve the money. I know it is just a small amount of money (under 500) and that lawyer fees and stuff will cost me more but it is about principal. Adrian if you are reading this call me or contact me some how. If i do not hear from you before Friday October 21st i am following thru with my conplaint and expect a vist from your local police officer. ---

You, can camp out at my house too if you decide to come down, I have an extra room. If it is a postal money order from canada post you can get them to do a track on it, if it was lost they will give you it back, but if it was cashed (by either a theif or) by the person it was going to, the post office will provide you with a copy of their signature and identification. For ID they will usually write down a persons drivers licence number.(I worked in a post office for 4 years) But who knows, he may just send you the sideskirts and front lip, still. ---

When pressing charges can’t you demand the legal fee’s and such as well as the money he stole? I thought you could make him pay for your lawyer as well, since he is the one that inconvenienced you and made you have to take legal action. Anyway…worth checking into!! ---

Yea man people like that need to learn a seriously hard lesson in the form of physical pain. I say we find whatever car hes driving too and turn it into a peice of scrap metal. Sorry just angry that happened on here, it coulda been any one of us. ---

In a civil suit you could try that, but I doubt a judge would go for it. If police are “pressing charges” against someone you, as a victim, don’t need a lawyer. ---

Small claims court is cheap I think its $100 no lawyers or nothing your represent yourself. ---

I was trying to get ahold of him to pick up a couple things, and am I ever glad I never did. I sent 2 or 3 PMs and never got a reply so i gave up. Something didn’t seem right to me about his post though, and those prices were a little high IMO. Hope you get it all sorted out Rob… :club: ---

EXACTLY why I don’t do ANY transactions on the internet with an indiviual or a business. It’s not worth my hassle. I always have and always will do things like this face to face, nothing else. ---
