^ Blayner, i like you but drop the VW - Prism arguement, it’s getting old… we can all goto autotrader and bring up the numbers if we wanted to :rolleyes: 😉 😃

it just gets old when VW people try to say a 2.0 is any better than a Prizm/Corolla, in any aspect of performance, without numbers to back their claims up… They’re both incredibly pathetic performers, Prizms/Corollas are just cheaper to fix when you break them.
A lot of VW owners have this idea in their heads that their cars are a step above Japanese & American cars… VWs are overpriced, underwhelming, and now less reliable than most American cars… “German quality” indeed…:rolleyes:…
I’d take a Special Value Package Cavalier over a 2.slow.

So instead now you have to work more hours to either fix the damages to the car, or to make up the difference once you adjust the price of the car to reflect the damages.
Conflict of interest here I guess. :dunno:

losing my job would be a little more of a pain in the ass than reducing the price of the car… Let’s say I have to knock $500 off of the price of the car… that’s about what I make in a 30 hour week. If I didn’t show for work, I would get fired, and I’m sure it would take me more than a week to get 30 hours a week somewhere else.
It’s not like I was driving around a fully restored '55 vette… it’s a Prizm, for fuck’s sake… i could wrap the thing around a telephone pole and it really wouldn’t be much more than an annoyance.

Geo hasn’t ever MADE a car… so by that logic, a Corolla is respectable because Toyota made the Supra? Wow, my Prizm is the shizzle…:tounge:
