Go to another ministry. I went to register another ae86 I bought a few months ago and they told me this. I asked when this started and they told me 1997. I said it was bs as I registered my previious older cars at the same location with no appraisal. I went to another ministry and they did it no questions asked. ---

wow…good thing the s13 i just bought was a 91… an appraisal would be sooo gay and such a hassle when i registered the car dude asks how much i paid, i say 5 bills, 40 bux tax and peacceee… lol ---
