lemon law is attorney general and very spefic dmv laws are different go to [www.nysdmv.com](http://www.nysdmv.com) and look at form CR-78 especially the section on used car certification( starts on page 12) thats what we hang most dealers on Ag’s office has no automotive people ---

thanks for all your feed…yes i would like a beer over it, and im picking it up tomorrow from my buddys shop…brand new tranny, cleaned out the engine, and im gonna get some new paint and redo the whole car bumper to bumper. i got the car with like 110k or something like that on it, and had a full warranty, the warranty covers the tranny, but they still wont fix it, oh well got it fixed now it will be on the road tomorrow, and im pretty pissed that i started to hear shit things about them a few weeks after i got my second car from them. and yes we are thinking about sueing them. BADNEWSMINI can you get me some names and possibly some numbers that would help a lot. oh and they still have that gay ass VW there that is over priced, and i guess they tried to sell a shopping cart for like 6k… ---
