# Sell the Wrangler, get AWD car of some type?

Off Topic? I dunno. You decide, and yell at the mods to move it.
Thanks to the price of gas, and the discomfort of driving the Wrangler in a shirt and tie 4 days a week all winter, I’m thinking of selling it and getting some other all-wheel-drive vehicle. I’m thinking an Audi or VW. Perhaps a Subaru.
The Jeep is a 1997 TJ 6 cylinder 4.0 liter Sport model, 5 speed manual transmission, hard top. It’s in VERY good shape. I paid around $7000 for it. I expect (based on Kelley Blue Book) that I could get $6000 for it.
Anyone know what I could get in the same price range? I’d like it to be an even swap.

Well, I am selling my 1995 Audi 90 Quattro 5-speed for that amount of money. Oh yeah, it has 73,000 miles on it.
