# Senators to \[Facebook co-founder\] Saverin: Don't come back... Ever.

There’s also illegal immigrants that are allowed to stay here, and ones who our government (us) pay to keep in jails across the country. They’re not being deported, why?

This isn’t Russia, Vlad. It’s America. A country founded by immigrants.

I’m not thinking of moving at all, I just find the whole thing bullshit and goes under the “guilty until proven innocent” matter which is not what this country is supposed to be about. Unless the government can 100% prove without a doubt that he is leaving for tax purposes, then he should be allowed in and out of the country (as long as he has a visa and what not) as he pleases like so many other people are.

The only reason this “issue” was looked at was because of the media attention surrounding the Facebook IPO. If it wasn’t for that, none of us here would’ve even known he renounced his US citizenship.
